Lelah's Story
I must say one thing...there are way too many things to write, so will just mention the important ones. I married in 1966, had 5 children....4 girls, 1 boy, of which 4 are surviving. I lived in Yakima for 12 yrs, then moved back here to Everett. Took a mgmt. job at Blue Lake, Coulee City private resort, and in May of 1996, my husband passed away. I again moved back to Everett. I was working in retail management, of which I loved, till I had to file for disability from the job. I'm still not used to this slow pace, but would love to find a good man, to do things with, like dining out, movies, trips, etc., and maybe more.....who knows? I write an online journal ...Expand for more
about many things, and also write song lyrics...of which 6 have been published. I love to write, play keyboard, and listen to the blues. Not much else to say except I love people and good friends.
I wrote that a few years ago, and since then, 2 of my daughters have passed away. This has been quite devastating and painful to say the least. '
I have tried to find a few of the friends I had that went to Ballard, but so far no luck. If anyone knows a Marie Ann Halonen (ReeAnn), or a Kathy Davenport (don't know married name), please let me know? I would love to be in contact with others that knew me, so if you're one of them....write me. I was in Sr. Choir too.
