Len's Story
Hello class of ‘75! I hope everyone is happy and well,
After Lincoln-Way I went to college at The University of Illinois, majoring in Business and Marketing. I met my wife Joan while in Champaign. We have been married for 39 years and have three grown and married daughters, and three granddaughters and one grandson. After college I worked for Brunswick Corporation for the next 23 years, in various sales and marketing positions. I was fortunate to travel all over the world and just about every state while at Brunswick. After Brunswick I worked for a Division of Bosch managing their business with Chrysler. I held the position of VP of Sales & Marketing.
After all our daughters graduated from college and married, I put away the passport, said good-bye to corporate life and PowerPoint presentations and bought a small local advertising company.
Joan and I have lived most of our married lives in Michigan, spending the last 17years in Novi,
My hobbies include golf, trapshooting, guitar, photography, and classic cars. I have a 1977 Chevy Monte Carlo that was purchased new from Philips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL and has been in the family for 43 years. It sure brings back memories when we take it out.
I would love to hear from anyone traveling through Southeast Michigan.
