Len's Story
Continued on to Thornton Junior College and then Northern Illinois University with a B.S. In Marketing. Eventually went on to Northwestern University with an MBA in Finance. Received a CCIM designation from the National Association of Realtors. After many years as a commercial real estate lender and mortgage banker I started Deering Commercial Mortgage in April 2016. 312-927-5211. I have lived in Willowbrook, IL for the last 28 years. Married with 2 boys.

munity in Plainfield IL called Carillon. Now live on a golf course and bought a golf cart to get back into the game. Bought this crazy house from some attorney who pulled up in his Rolls Royce convert to show me the house. He lost a ton of the money he put into it by over spending for the area. Back yard has waterfalls, ponds and even my own putting green which I have never used because I can go two blocks to the course range and greens. Sad to say one of my best friends Ron Kuzera passed away. We were shift managers at Carrols Drive In iHarvey during high school and jc etc. Good times.
