Life
Okay, 45 years in a nutshell: after flunking out of Jeff, joined the Navy, did Vietnam and a few other places, came back and went to SAC, transferred to George Washington U. in D.C. Fortunately for the U.S., I did not follow my original plan to become a diplomat. Became a documentary filmmaker instead. Lived in Taiwan for 2 years, Singapore for 8 years, and Hong Kong for 11 years. Was married for 20 mostly good years. No children. Still have lots of energy...Expand for more

UPDATE, Oct 2008 -- Moved back from Hong Kong in August of 2005, now living in an old house I bought near Jefferson, with my second wife and stepdaughter, who goes to Jefferson. After so many years of traversing the globe with heavy camera equipment, I think I can handle this deserved dose of domestic bliss.
School
After Viet Nam went to SAC, then The George Washington University, later got my MA in Radio/TV/Film at UT Austin.
