Leonard's Story
Life
After high school I spent 04 years in the Air Force, 2 1/2 of same in Southeast Asia. Wound up in Indiana and migrated to Michigan. Found work, got married got a career in Law enforcement and recently retired from police work after 26 years. I also retired from the Michigan Air National Guard after 21 years service. My children live in the area,daughter is married and a nurse, my son is single and works for the city. My mother still lives in Pueblo in the same house and keeps me advised of some the local news. I do not hear from any of my old school pals any more. I understand some have passed away, a sad thing to hear. I am in hopes of hearing from more of you. College
attended BALL STATE UNIV. while in active duty in Indiana, between tours in southeast asia. I obtained a degree from the ST.CLAIR CO. COMM. COLLEGE in Michigan during my law enforcement career. Work related in service have sent me to Michigan State Univ.,forensic science updates and cerfications. St. Louis Medical University to obtain training as a MEDICAL EXAMINER SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR. I have obtained approximately 1100 hours of training in associated law enforcement seminars over the last twenty years. (BUT I STILL HAVEN'T FOUND THE TIME TO GET MY BACHELORS DEGREE!!)
