Leonard Sloane:  

Leonard Sloane, Chairman of the Eckell, Sparks, Levy, Auerbach, Monte, Sloane, Matthews & Auslander, P.C.'s Litigation and Personal Injury Department, concentrates his practice in automobile insurance, medical malpractice, products liability, wrongful death, and other complex civil and personal injury litigation. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Villanova University. Len is a past president of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PAJ - formerly Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association). He has served on many committees for PAJ. He is also past president of the Delaware County Bar Association. Mr. Sloane is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, where he served as Zone 9 Governor for 3 years. He is a member of the Delaware and Chester County Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice, and is a past member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Len is co-author of the leading treatise on automobile insurance law, i.e., Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Insurance: An Analysis of the Financial Responsibility Law, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Editions, and all updates. Len has been recognized with many awards of achievement, including: The Delaware County Bar Association E.
