Les's Story

LES BURNS burns006 at msn.com I live in Littleton, Colorado (1980). I've been married since 1975. My wife, Mary Ann, is a retired elementary school teacher. We have four children and nine grandchildren. Kathleen is an attorney for the State of Kansas and married to another attorney. Leslie is an elementary school teacher and married. Margaret is a commercial artist and married to a Marine Corp Staff Sergeant. AJ is an electrician. I retired from Lockheed Martin (30 years) as a Senior Mechanical Engineer....Expand for more
I helped design launch vehicles, Cassini spacecraft, the F-22 and F-35 aircraft.. I also taught and managed computer-aided engineering design. My name is on three patents. Mary Ann and I enjoy traveling. Our favorite trips are to Nantucket Island and San Francisco. I was an avid skier. Today, I play golf and attend Broncos and Rockies games.. I'm on the HOA Board of Directors. I'm a NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO) for Lockheed Martin. I also participate in Kiwanis, Meals on Wheels and Corvette Club
