Les's Story
Life
I'm going to start after high school...I went to UNM and got a BS in Chemical Engineering, amazing really. I went to work for the Dow Chemical Co near Houston, TX. Got married...the first time in 1991, had a son (Alex) in 1992 and divorced in 1994. I quit Dow and moved to Jacksonville, FL to work for a company called Johns Manville, I was the technical director for a business unit of JM. I did that until 2002 when I joined my current company, we are a small chemical company headquartered in Houston, I won't go into what we sell, it is way too boring. My technical specialty is foam insulation...boring, but given the price of oil these days, I might have a future in this thing. I still live in Jacksonville, work out of my house and travel a ton. I play golf probably 10 or 12 times a month, live on the 12th tee box of my golf club. My wife (Patrice) has a mortgage company, so right now we are about to go belly up (just kidding). I have a son, Alex (16), Patrice has two kids, Alex (23, I know, two Alex famil...Expand for more

Big Alex is in the Air Force, Andrea is in college on a golf scholarship at Florida State University, she is a scratch golfer and she qualified for the US Amateur this year, which is pretty huge. And yes, she can kick my butt all over the place, but I still beat her every now and then. Little Alex is a junior, good kid, has a job at a huge after school center.
An interesting thing about me (and Alex) is that we are both commercial actors/models. Alex got started in this when he was about 5 and has continued to this day, he has probably done 30-40 jobs over the years. Not too many lately, he is at that age where kids don't work so much. As for me, I have done probably 15-20 jobs, I just got into it because they were desperate for an Asian man...Alex and I did do one big commercial for Universal Studios, we were in a commercial that ran during the Super Bowl in 2001 and in 2009. Trust me, I am not quitting my day job!
College
I have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from UNM.
