Leslye's Story

I met Robert(Bobby)Holleman at school in 10th when he transferred to Spruce and we got married in the 11th grade. Bobby received his draft notice, so he joined the USCG and was transferred to California in the bay area, I went out later. a yr., our daughter was born in Ca. in 1968 and our son in Athens Tx. in 1971, I was pregnant with our son when Bobby was killed, he only had nine months left in the service. We were married in 1967 and 1970 is when I lost him. I am now living in Athens and I have another son. I also have my own business.
