Life Hi Northern Classmates - here's a note from an old friend. I live in Leucadia, California - 20 miles North of San Diego. I am married and have two sons: Max is 31 and Nick is 20. They are terrific boys and I am so proud of them. Max owns his own business "MaxMedia " in San Diego, he provides high-end audio/visual designs to homes and businesses. You may remember his Dad, Jim Yakubek. Jim died on September 11, 2001. He was in Mexico and had a fatal fall off a cliff south of Rosarito. Nick is attending "The University of Southern California" and studying Bio-Medical Engineering. My husband was a scientist - oceanographer and recently retired. He has an antique business specializing in California Art and Pottery and Japanese antiquities. - he has a small store and an EBAY site. We enjoy traveling on buying trips. I work as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley nearby in Rancho Santa Fe. My sister Janet lives in La Jolla, my brother Joe lives in San Diego and sister Sandy lives in Lander, WY.My brother Tom recently relocated to Lander, WY.
