Leslie's Story
Life
For the past 9 years I have been working part-time in the mornings for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, teaching reading. I have been Running half marathons(mostly ROCK 'n ROLL 1/2 Marathon in VB), raising 3 kids - 2 daughters and a son :). I never knew how much fun having a boy could be since I was raised in a house of girls! Our son is very good at baseball, football, and basketball. He has dropped football and plays baseball in the Fall and the Spring. Jeff is the coach (also dad) and both of them are absolutely nuts over base...Expand for more
ball. Our daughters are very smart and beautiful.
Update: Our oldest is learning to drive. Keep us in your prayers and stay out of the Independence/Pleasure House Road area! She also plays advanced soccer for VA/RUSH, and she has maintained honor roll status at her High School.
Our middle daughter is in the IB program (International Baccalaureate) and is into helping with "causes". She's not the irresponsible-partying-loving person her mom was/is! She loves shopping and having gadgets and school supplies! I need stock in office max!
