More about Leslie:"My husband and I have been living in Florida. In about 2 weeks we will be moving to Raleigh, NC to be close to our family. Can't wait to meet Ben, the new addition to the Peacock family!
Well its been more than a year since we arrived, and its been great. As you know, Don has been working in NY. But he was home last week and suggested that maybe we should look for a bigger apartment since he plans on leaving NY and moving everything back here. He already brought so much home that the apartment is full.
BUT the nicest part of this is that when I mentioned that I was sad he had to go home (meaning NY), he told me that NY is just a place he had to be, but HOME is here with me! That was so nice to hear :).
Well ... we finally signed the papers for our new home! Boy, I am so excited I jus...Expand for more
t can't hide it (remember that from our wedding song)! The thought of packing again isn't too thrilling but I know it will be worth it in the end. Our new place is so beautiful! Don has a garage that is attached so I guess the rest of his equipment will be home soon. It's been a long road but, once again, we wethered the storm and we are moving on!
Moving date is getting closer ... cartons, cartons and more cartons!

We actually hired movers! First time we did that ... I guess Don is getting tired. He is working so hard, having car problems, and lots of stress, I think hiring movers was the right move.
Two weeks and counting!
Well ... its the final weekend at The Woodlands. We are moving on Thursday. Its exciting and tiring at the same time. The hardest part is moving Don's shop (which is in the garage) at the same time we are moving the furniture. But we have moved so many times we should be good at at.
