Leslie's Story
Life
After high school, I escaped Decatur as fast as I could. I started out at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas. There I met my husband, Hardy Lewis. We moved back to AL to start our lives. He joined the Army reserves and I went back to school. When his civilian job transferred us to San Antonio, I switched colleges AGAIN. Workplace
I have done many different things to help support myself through school. I have worked as a hotel manager, a finance company rep, an airport gift shop clerk, a pizza delivery girl and as a editor, writer, designer of historical markers. While I am back in school again I am also working on some small writing projects and some web stuff to pay the bills.
