Leslie's Story
Life
I think I moved to Virginia Beach back in 1996, where has all the time gone?!?!? Once I got settled I started working at Stihl Inc. in the Finance Dept., and then in the IT Dept. I put myself through Graduate school earning my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, which I should have done for my undergraduate studies.........but, things never seem to go the way you plan them to! You always seem to learn the hard way....

t's where all my time has gone. He is the greatest accomplishment of my life. I could never imagine my life without him............it's funny how things do work out in your life.
Workplace
I teach for Norfolk Public Schools........2nd grade. I teach at a Title I school where every day I am thankful for the life I am able to provide for my own child. These children are faced with so many challenges every day, it is truly heart breaking! I think every year there is one or two I wish I could adopt and give them a safe and nuturing life.
