I retired from public service in December 06. I was a law enforcement officer for the County of El Dorado, where I live. It's a great community just east of Sacramento, in the Sierra-Nevada foothills. I just finished my 3nd year of law school, as I missed the challenge of courtroom debate (I was an officer of the Court for four years and enjoyed arguing cases. I also needed something to keep me busy!) I enjoy riding my Ninja, acting in historical reenactments, playing poker and raising my 15 year old son Julian. My wife of 20 years, Romi, is an RN at the local hospital where we live, and has worked there for as long as we've been married. I was working for a prominent law firm in Sacramento for about a year until April of last year. I got tired of juggling 50 hour work weeks and full time school, so i gave notice in time to study for finals. As a result, I not only passed 2nd year, but got my first "A" (not an easy task for me).
