Life
For anyone who's interested... don't know who might be, but here goes! I have 5 children (3 girls, then 2 boys). I've been married to a US Army soldier for the past ~6 years now. My kids range in age from 13 down to newborn (1 month). I own a home in Kentucky and am currently working on my doctorate. Finished my master's work in 2007 and completed all requirements for my doctorate (minus internship and a couple of classes) this summer (2008). I graduated from UNR (2005) and moved for graduate school. I've been everything from a restaurant manager, bartender, server, quality control investigator (that was a fun one) and strangely enough a correctional officer!! I've run the gamit and am still running :P Am looking forward to many long years of service being a psychologist for the armed force...Expand for more
s (either VA or Active Duty). May even end up in the service myself because the pay is PHENOMENAL and I don't have to worry about insurance and overhead!! Ha ha. My husband is currently in Iraq in service to our country, while my brother (yes I do have one:P) who is also in the Army is stationed in Japan. I've lived in several states, cities, and towns... and I'll probably move again in the next 3 years or so -- gee wasn't the first time grand?? Cross-country moves SUCK! If there's no need, I don't recommend it! Other than that--that's pretty much it. Busy and crazy daze for me, with my 5 kids and graduate training and clinicals and licensure and the military and mortgage and and and and ........ the list keeps growing, I won't bore you with it.
