Lika's Story
I have been busy with many things. I went to UW-Parkside, and worked my way through college. To support myself, I had worked in factories, professor offices, and more. I was a student advocate of sorts, first helping international students get acclimated to life and schooling here in the USA. I also fought for women's and student issues while active with student government. I settled down and finished it off with being a peer tutor for adult/non traditional students & a big sister to the Big Brothers & Big Sister's organization.

Since then, I've been married twice, have a 12 year old son, who is going to school online. I'm also the founder of Youth Voice Initiative, to where I push legislation to help put stiffer punishments on those who abuse our children. Children, while yes, they belong to us as part of the greater whole, are NOT to be owned as property such as our couch. All too often, we seem to think that kids are property with personality.
