Linda's Story
Happy 2014! Wow, almost 30 years since we graduated... _THAT_ doesn't seem right; let me recheck the math. Heh!
I attended the University of North Texas in Denton and graduated with a BS in Merchandising and Marketing with a minor in business. After college, I tried on a variety of jobs in retail and finance then I finally figured out what I wanted to be when I grew up and became a teacher. I married in 1994; however, this proved to be just a rehearsal for the real thing , and I am now remarried to a wonderful man who is the love of my life!
I have one adult stepson who is in the Army. My other "babies" are my cats.
I enjoy reading, writing, traveling, cooking... inventing my own recipes, yard work and gardening, playing board games, and crafting (particularly jewelry making). Currently, I am developing ideas for children's stories and some humorous adult fiction with the "bucket list" goal of being published by the time I'm 50.
