Linda's Story
I went to livadais when it first opened in my 8th yr. then Higgins. During those years I lived in Bellemeade Subdivision in Gretna.
Married in 72 to a guy Ronald Taylor that graduated from West Jefferson in 71 who also lived in Bellemeade South. I looked for him on Classmates, but can not find him. Marriage didn't last, left Louisaina, lived in Chicago, moved back to gretna in 82, Worked as a cocktail waitress at a Place called Hee Haws in Harvey for a while. ed to North Carolina, then to the eastern shore of Maryland. I am now taking care of the elderly in there homes. I am a mother of 6, 4 boys and 2 girls, all grown except the last one who is almost 15. Have 6 grandchildren and one on the way due in January. Will Post pictures soon. If anyone knows how I can get a copy of Livadais first year book or higgans 71-72 yearbook please let me know.
