Linda's Story
Life
After high school I worked for a while at UK and then I married in 1970 and in 1975 I had daughter #1, Shannon, who is a wonderful person, very independent and who has been married for 13 years. In 1978 I had daughter #2, Stacey, who also is very independent, but still lives at home with me. She is engaged and is planning on marrying in 2008, however no date is set yet. They both graduated from Bryan Station also. I was a stay-at-home mom for many years, starting an at-home business in 1977 and it is still going strong today. work force in the mid '90s and have been working outside the home ever since. My current job is with an attorney in downtown Lexington. In 1995 my husband passed away very unexpectedly and I have been single since that time. I thoroughly enjoy going out with friends to concerts, movies, dining out, and absolutely love playing cards, board games, etc. I love to travel, but do not get to as much as I would like just because of my job. I love life and enjoy it to its fullest and I hope all of my classmates do also. Hope to hear from the great Class of '69!!!
