Linda's Story
Life
Currently I am living in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with my husband of 25 years and my 2 children, Amy(16) and Matthew(14). After graduating from nursing school and working in a Neuro/Vascular/Trauma unit in Virginia Beach for 15 years, I am now a stay at home, homeschool mom and teaching high school biology to other homeschool teens.
For fun I scuba dive, knit and spend a lot of time with many of the homeschooled teenagers in our area. I am a board member at my church as well as in our local homeschool group. I LOVE the beach most of all and since by son is a surfer, we spend a lot of time there.
My daughter Amy is an avid swimmer and has paricipated on a dance team at our church for many years. She recently broke the City of Myrtle Beach record for back stroke. She works as a life guard at our local water park in the summers.

hurch. As I mentioned, surfing and roller hockey are his other sports.
My husband is a Nurse Anesthetist at Conway Hospital. He too is a base player, is trying to learn to surf (you know, the old dog,new tricks thing). He too plays music at our church and tries really hard to keep up with me and all the teenagers that come with me.
We have a great home life. I love living at the beach. We have a dog, a cat and a little fish that won't die no matter what I do! We have a happy home with a driveway that turns into the roller hockey park in the afternoon.
We are an active Christian family and spend a lot of time with church activities or, recently, working with needy families and community services as my high schoolers need these hours(and we have fun at them too!). My life has been blessed beyond what I have ever deserved. I look forward to hearing from some old friends. You know, with 50 knocking on the door you do get a little nostaligic! Linda
