Linda's Story
Linda Fowler Matthis is from Pfafftown, North Carolina. She graduated from West Forsyth High School in 1971. After graduating high school, Linda attended Mars Hill University, graduating in 1975 with a BA Degree in Early Childhood Education. ne daughter, a son-in-law, 2 grandaughters, 2 dogs . . . a tiny Yorkie and a Golden doodle, and 2 grand dogs. They presently live near Burlington, NC. Linda retired from her very rewarding career in education, in July 2011. Over the years, she worked with Guilford County Schools (NC) and Surry County Schools (NC).
