Linda's Story
I have not moved far from LP. I lived in a house in the neighborhood where I grew up until I moved to Southgate six years ago. My children went to the same elementary school I did and are LP graduates. I worked for Manufacturers Bank for a few years than stayed at home with my children for about eight years than went back to work. ife, mother (2)and grandmother(5). My grandmother just turned 102 in April and I am taking much of the responsibility for her affairs since my dad passed this January. Right now I am very glad that I am retired because I am very busy trying to keep up my mom's house in Florida, my grandmother's on Mullet Lake, and my house here, plus watching my youngest grandson every day from 1:30 until 6:00. Not quite what I had imagined but I am alive and life is good.
