Linda's Story

I moved to Calgary in 1976 right after graduation. I came to Edmonton in 1981 and have been here ever since. I've been married for 33 years and have 1 married son who lives in Norway and 1 married daughter who lives in Edmonton. My husband Bob is the love of my life and I consider myself the luckiest girl ever to have met him. No grandchildren yet, but I have a niece and a nephew who both have kids that I love to hang out ...Expand for more
with. I'm working at the University of Alberta. I took up running in 2004 and will be running my 11th marathon in December in Sacramento with my daughter. Marathon running has taken me all over the world and I love the adventure of travelling to a new city and really experiencing it through running.
