Linda's Story
I am now retired and living on a mountain top in Northern Idaho. I have a log home on acreage in the North Idaho woods. Quite a change from where I grew up in sunny Florida. I have lived from coast to coast in the South and now I can say I have lived from border to border since I am 36 miles form Canada and spent 15 years in San Diego equally close to the Mexican border.
I have been divorced for longer than I was married now, about 25 years, and most of my traveling around has been done post divorce. The first 20 years was spent raising 4 kids in both Florida and Texas, the last 25 years was getting an education, fighting for survival, and learning even more lessons outside the classroom.

n now and my two girls have kids of their own. I¿m a Nana now. The last couple of years on my mountain top have been the most peaceful and stable of my life. But, just to remind me you can¿t have everything, along with retirement and peace and quiet came achy knees, blurred vision, and a memory that doesn¿t quite kick in at times.
I don¿t always remember the name that goes with those smiling, innocent faces looking back at me in the SANDSCRIPTS, but those smiles still warm my heart and I would love to hear from you and have you refresh my memory about the times we shared in the past and let me know what path you took since we each went in our different directions so many (45) years ago.
