Linda's Story
Life
Met my husband in the early 1970's. We bought a VW van and traveled around Europe for a year. We have been living in Seattle now for the past 30 years. Prior to Seattle we lived in Charleston, SC for 4 years and prior to that New Brunswick, NJ for 4 years. I attended Rutgers University while in N.J. (undergraduate) and then received an MSW from the University of Washington. Past 22 years I worked as a geriatric psychiatric social worker on an in-patient unit in a hospital. rist in private practice. Didn't quite find the time to have children. Usually spend our vacations somewhere in the southwest hiking or someplace where it doesn't rain as much as it does here. I keep in touch with Ilona (Margie) Vegvari.
I retired June, 2010 and now I spend my days taking lessons: watercolor, drawing, tennis and ping pong. Husband hopes to quit December 2011 and we will move to Page, Az for a few years until we figure out what to do next. Just had a boat built and shipped to Page.
