Linda's Story
Not a lot to tell. I've been a stay-at-home Mom and grandma. My six kids range in age from 48 (arruugghh!) to 27. We are expecting our seventh grandchild in October when her Mom decids on her c-section date. We lost our oldest grandchild about three years ago in a terrible encounter with an 18 wheeler. I don't know if his
mom and dad will get over this. I doubt I will in the near future. We moved to Atascadero Ca in 1964. It sure beats the city. This little town has grown a lot in the last 45 years, But it's stil what you'd have to consider pretty rural...just the way I like it! Right now we have about seven deer who seem to love our yard. One of them, a buck Terry calls Bluetooth wandered into the yard whih a broken jaw. We've been feeding him some...Expand for more
thing called deer delight and he's nice and fat and healthy looking. I'm not sure if we'ree ssoft headed or soft hearted! I hope the hunters don't see him. The three does and two fawns are safe. Troy. our youngest grandchild stays with me a couple of days a week and he goes nuts when he sees them. He is a great little helper. He feeds his deer and it takes an hour to get the job done. He puts little handfuls of grain in the coffee can until the dish is overflowing. That's about when Grandma gets tired of it and we come in the house. There's a brief meltdown and then he's all right. That's my life right now. Not bad, I'd have to say.
Got to get moving along for now.
got a few other things to do before I shut this wreched computer off.
