Linda's Story
Since graduation, I received my BA in Russian and Spanish in 1977 (Lycoming College, PA) and an MA in Knowledge Management (George Mason Univ., VA) in 2005. I have had three careers - first a brief one in journalism, followed by a few years in social services, and finally in software development - first in the commercial sector and now in the federal government. I am eligible to retire from the government but am enjoying myself too much right now. Maybe soon.

Over the years I have travelled a lot - all over the US, southern Mexico and many visits to Europe and Asia. Next on the list - South America! Can you tell I love to travel -- history, art, culture and food are some of my greatest interests. For the past seven years, I have volunteered at a medical facility for the homeless and it has been very enlightening.
Thing are winding down now but I still have my health and want to do more hiking and camping while I still can. A vegetable garden in the backyard, reading and cooking sound like good retirement plans to me.
