Linda's Story
In the photo is my sister Terri, my brother Marty and myself. Most everyone calls me Linda Loo. I quit high school when I was a Junior. Since then I have received a high school diploma.
I have been married for 40 years, that's right FORTY. I have three beautiful daughters who are all college graduates. One is a nurse, one is a music teacher and the other is in human resources. I have 5 grandkids, 1 boy and 4 girls...ages 12,10,9,8,and 7. They call me Grammy. I am very blessed! Can't wait to see everyone at
the reunion.
I remember in the 5th grade, Jimmy Hampton shut my fingers in the door hinge of the teachers' closet. I had stiches in three of the fingers of my right hand.
I hope old friends will remember me as a hippie.
Probably one of the wildest things I did in high school was giving Jody...the finger (just in fun) and Miss Nail thought it was meant for her

o she sent me to the principles office. My family has lived in or near Haysville since 1972. We have moved 4 times to larger houses.
I think the biggest surprise in life is how fast time goes by.
The teacher I would love to see again would be Mrs.Taylor. She was a big inspiration in my childhood because she treated me equal even though I had a very rough homelfe. I'll never forget the kindness and attention she gave me. I can still hear her laughing in the hall with another teacher.
I like todays fashions and I love shopping! I think it's pretty funny the sixties fashions are always coming back and the teenagers (now-a-days) think they started it.
If I had one thing to do over, I would have stayed out of the sun more.
I still see Phyllis McGlothlin, Joyce Molen and Jimmy Hampton. (he works where I do) I would love to see some of my old classmates. L8R lindaloo
