Linda's Story
Life
Currently partnered, and the Mother of a 40 yr old Son.
I retired from Alameda County in 2018 after suffering a mild Stroke. I also worked in the Newspaper Industry, (13 yrs with a major publication in SF).
In 1999, I appeared as a Guest on Oprah Winfrey's talk show, and made a return appearance in June of 2000.I also had a successful
and rewarding appearance on the Game show GREED.
I also have my own business working as an Event Planner and Wedding Coordinator.

Travel is my passion, and I have found a real love for the European Jazz festivals. Traveling to Paris, Holland and Italy for great music has become a regular part of my summer travels. Closer to home, I love Maui and South Florida, and I spend at least 10 days each year in Las Vegas.
When time permits, I wrote short stories and essays. A couple have been published and I am now working on a full blown manuscript.
