Linda's Story
I started working at Bridgeton Kmart during senior year and left ther in 1977 when I married my husband Pete. I have a daughter, Andrea, who is a manager at Krieger's on Big Bend, and getting married in June and two sons, Chris 37 and James 33 who live her in Des Moines, Iowa where we were transferred in 1982. I work at an elementary school serving lunch to kindergarten thru 5th grade' I still love children and family. No grandkids yet but I'm hopeful! My youngest so recently got engaged. I'm a lector at our church about once a month. I'm still somewhat of an introvert and my life pretty much evolves around my family I am still terrified of snakes love to fish, believe...Expand for more
in Miracles and try to find the good in people. My youngest sister and both my brothers still live in the area. Bothmy parents are deceased. I still enjoy music and going to the movies. When my kids were growing up , their friends knew they could come to our house anytime because I was blessed enough to be a stay-at-home-mom for most of their school years and only went back to work when they were in school all day and I could work "Mothers Hours". I've been in Food Service about 25 years. I miss my family there in St. Louis. My Husband is from Chicago so he's a Cubs fan but I still bleed CARDINALS RED forever. Infact my daughter's wedding theme is St. Louis Cardinals.
