Linda's Story
One thing I've learned in life so far is that nothing is permanent. Call it being naive, just stupid, or wishing for something that won't ever happen the way I'd like to see it happen. Thats where I am in Life right now. Sounds negative, but its not. I am free to be me now, unrestrained,and learning to be independent again...
Look out world, because I'll be there until God calls me home. My ex's won't get me down anymore...I've had enough, and won't ever be in that position again, once I get over the man that I loved with all my heart. Some day I'll be even and he will get whats coming to him.....when he's old and alone.
My friends remember me as an easy going, kinda cocky, kinda crazy person...and some days I still feel that way, but now older and wiser, and just a wee bit slower. I still love the rock music I grew up with and even today I hear the melody and remember all the words.
I hung out with Nerds in school mainly because most of them were decent individuals trying to make their way in life. We trusted each other. Now they're the ones that are making it and I'm still struggling for the perfect life...maybe someday....hopefully soon.
