Linda's Story
Hi Everyone,
As some of you may remember, Tom and I were married in 1972. We have 3 children, Marci is 29, Andy is 25, and Tim is 24. Marci has given us 2 grandchildren, Keely is 7 and Colin is 6. Both of the grandchildren have special needs. Keely has aspbergers syndrome and Colin has high functioning autism.
Tom and I were happily married for 36 years when on October 22, 2008 he had a massive heart attack and passed away. I have never known such pain in my life, he was my rock and my best friend. If not for my kids and grandkids, I don't know that I would have survived the gaping hole this has left in my life.
Tom had retired and we were living in what we refered to as paradise. At least he had 2 wonderful year...Expand for more
s of boating, gardening our 1400 sq ft garden, playing with our 6 dogs, playing with our grandkids and picking them up from school, spending quality time with 2 of the 3 kids, and most of all time with me. We had the opportunity to have the best of times before his sudden death.
By the way, we moved to California in 1986 and then to Texas in 2006. We are in Anna Tx which is about 50 miles north of Dallas and 35 miles from the Oklahoma border. We have a 2100 sq ft,
4 bedroom 2bath home on an acre of land.
I am reaching out to people to try and use up some of the time I now have and to catch up with people that were part of our past. Please feel free to contact me. I would be happy to hear how everyone is doing.
