Linda's Story
I moved to Santa Barbara, California when I was 19 and I was there for about twenty years until I came to Santa Maria where I am now. It is about 70 miles north of Santa Barbara in wine country.
I never had any children. Being the oldest of nine there was no desire to have them and my first husband didn't care. He died in an accident in 1989 and I was single until I met Joe in 1993. We were married in 1996. He's a gentle, kind man.

dministrator of a 56 bed Residential Care Center and my husband and I own a mortuary so I'm also a funeral director. I don't work at the mortuary often but I do help out when they need me.
I stay active in Rotary and the Women's Fund and I'm on both Boards. We have a tight circle of friends that we've known for a long time and we have lots of fun with them. Life is good.
I have a miniture red poodle named Pumpkin that is my pal. She is 13 years old and is my little buddy.
