Part-time physician assistant. Mother of two 18, and 26. Grandmother to grandson 3.5 yrs old, and 4 months old. I try to exercise rigorously and feel OK afterward. Then the next day, I feel like I'm 100. I can't move, I can't walk, and I'm in pain...OH what I'd give to be thin and young again... I'm working at it....LOL
