The picture on my profile is my younger sister Jan (she is the tall one). We met each other when we were in our early to mid 30's. She had been adopted out by our mother to a wonderful couple in Kansas. She was curious about her birth family so she searched and found me first. She is a terrific sister, I would be her friend even if she weren't related. I now live in Mobile, Alabama next door to my daughter and her family. The house became available 3 weeks before I did. Becoming a Mom was the best thing I've ever done. I have no regrets in that department. I remember who I thought I was and who I wanted to be when I was in school. I didn't end up that person at all.
