Linda's Story
I graduated a year early, so did not have a senior year with everyone. I went to Mizzou for one semester, then transferred home to UMSL. In 1976 I married Thomas Thiele. We had been dating since 1973 and because he was a teacher at Hazelwood West Jr. High, I did not participate in school functions and was in a hurry to get out of HS. d spent the next 10 years working in Atlanta, NJ, NY, and DC. It was in DC that I met my current husband, Mike Williams. We married in 1991. After Mike retired from a career in the U.S. Navy in 1992, we moved to Atlanta. 1994 found us adopting newborn twins. That has kept us busy.
For fun we like to travel and I volunteer at our local police department.
