Life
UPDATE! I have relocated back to CNY after having been living in North Carolina for 21 years. I am teaching at Port Byron Schools working in the reading department. I am enjoying being back home with family and friends.....and yes, seemed to have found Mr. Right.....who would of thought......
Hi ya'all!
Still am enjoying living here in the south since 1994. I am a kindergarten teacher with Johnston County Public Schools. I am very close
to I-95, so it makes it easy to visit the north country!
Have I found Mr. Right? That is the question that will be answered in the future...
I'm still pretty spontaneous and can travel whenever I can. I love living here and being able to travel anywhere in a day. I love going to Savannah, Georgia especially for St. Patrick's Day! Also, Florida is just a day's drive too. Love to visit my friends there as well. I'm ready to go on another cruise. Have been on a few cruises with my favorite place so far being St. Marten!
I do come "home" every summer to visit with family and friends. It really is fun to "visit" all the great places NY state has to offer in the summer. I love visiting with my ole friends: Chris Kelley, Julie Jensen, Denise Wolniak-Bernard and Jennifer Fenton-Charron when I am home. I even ran into my ole buddy Deb Toney! I also love hanging out at Devaney's in Weedsport along the river, at Cross Lake Marina with my friends from Jordan and Cato areas. I have my own boat to enjoy all the waterways....Love going to Harborfest!!! You can never have enough friends, ya know!

Here in NC, I enjoy heading to the beaches, my favorite is Ocean Isle Beach but, enjoy Emerald Isle as well. Love listening to the sounds of Beach Music...The Coastline Band is awesome! Where ever I go, it's amazing who you meet out and about that are from the Syracuse area originally. You tend to hang out with those who can relate with ya. More drinking buddies and laughing friends too!

School
The thing I remember most was all the good friends I had and miss. The girls at our lunch table, my best buddy, guys on CYO hoop, the CYO cheerleaders, Var. volleyball and JV softball teams, the "Boo-Coo" club and anyone else who was a friend to me I may be forgetting.
I think about the "gatherings" at Beaver Lake, Mark's house(miss ya), Sandy Pond, my parent's pool and where ever else we could find to enjoy our company!
I knew I was always going to become a teacher and those of us in the "Playschool" program, enjoyed working with kids...what a fun year we had! Thanks Kris!
I remember the heart aches....phew...that's what high school was all about though wasn't it...the good, the bad and the ugly...haha But, on the good side there were some great guys to have known..Kevin, Dan, Cris, Jamie to name a few...
I hope some of you can laugh when you read this and think about all the fun times we had....
I'll always cherish the memories...thanks for helping make them with me!

Hello ATC alumni!
Am in Smithfield, North Carolina,just southeast of Raleigh, and miss all the fun times at ATC!
Am now working with the alumni office setting up "gatherings" of Canton
alumni here in NC. Been teaching kindergarten at Glendale-Kenly
Elementary in Johnston county since 1995. Enjoying living in the south,
but do visit my family along the river in Phoenix, NY every summer.
While visiting in NY, I love to get together with ole friends when I can.
So, get in touch with me...My door is always open here in the south,
I am a 1/2 way point if you travel to Florida and not hard to find, just off
of I-95! Still single and loving it!!!!
Did get my bachelors from Empire State College, and Master's from Grand Canyon University in Curriculum and Instruction:Reading.
Have been in Who's Who Among America's Teachers a few times. I appreciate former students nominating me!
