Lindalee's Story

Life Married to Bruce since 1981. Two beautiful, talented daughters. Gloria is a Mom to a son with Austin. Desma is married to Andrew, a soldier and had their daughter in 2010, in Germany. Desma and Andrew had their son in 2016, while stationed in New Jersey. Cannot say how proud I am of both of my daughters. Moved from Northern California to beautiful Oregon in 2002. pretty much google me. ;-) After more than 20 years, we moved from a town that hosts a wine festival (Sonoma, CA) to working in a town that has an Oktoberfest (Mt. Angel, OR). The Oktoberfest is the purported to be the largest outside of Germany. In 2005 Globe Trekker (a travel show) came through when they were doing a Northwest travel profile. Have traveled extensively throughout Europe with my family. Was also a surrogate mom in 1995.

This flowering plum sustained a split in the trunk. The other had split three ways, and all the way to the base, and was removed. Bruce went to our local farm store, and they suggested this to pull the two split sides toget
The second boulder, in front, was removed to repair the front walkway. We had planted lavender to soften the hard look of the original boulder.

It's going to be a hot weekend, got to get more projects completed, so we can put the bark down.
Had put polymeric sand in the cracks, guess it must have got wet, it didn't keep the weeds out. Spent most of the morning pulling what I could, and edging it.
