Lisa's Story
Life
Hey it's me!! So much to tell! I have two girls, two cats, two dogs and one ex-husband! I guess we all know who wouldn't have made it on Noah's Ark! Living up in the Hudson Valley New York. I am retired at this time! Many years in Government as an Elected Official warranted an early retirement! That and a broken back! Looking forward to the re-union! Hope to see everyone there! Can't wait to catch up with old friends. See you then.
College
I first went to Suffolk County Community College for two years majoring in Theatre Arts. I took 3 1/2 years off to live in Kona, Hawaii, before returning to Long Island to finish up my schooling. SUNY Stony Brook was the second school I attended. I majored in Anthropoly/Sociology, and minored in International Studies. Stony Brook was great. The only sport I played was Rugby. ROUND TWO:
So I gave marriage a second try. I have been re-married now for 3 years. I am no longer retired...I am back to work as the Operations Manager for a Global Company based out of India. I went back to school and obtained a second Masters Degree and I have received Green Belt Certification and working on my Six Sigma Black Belt project. I love my job and get to travel quite a bit.
My girls are getting older. Samantha is going to college this fall and Abigail is entering High School. Still have cats and dogs. We love to travel and spend a lot of time in our RV. I still think about everyone from Miller Place and just recently went back to visit and although the area has grown I still can remember Cherub's Farm, Mr Wofert's store and hanging out at the pond!!!
