Lisa Dietz:  

Welcome to My Story, You may remember me as Lisa Benzkofer. I attended Hayes Elementary, Smart Jr High, and my sophomore year at West High School. I hope I am remembered as the kid who did not classify others, as we are all different and bring our differences to the table. I had high hopes to attend the University of Iowa and was taking college prep classes at West until,the Summer before my Junior year, my Mother moved us to Houston, TX to attend college. I must say that Houston was a culture shock, but I adjusted and have remained here. I visit Iowa on occasion, but my Grandparents are now deceased and many friends have moved elsewhere. After some life changes, I finally graduated Summa Cum Laude at a Christian college, LeTourneau University in 2005, with a Bachelor's in Business Management. I have been happily married to my husband, Robert for sixteen (16) years. We have a wonderful, bright son named Austin. I have enjoyed molding him into a respectful and bright young man. He is a sophomore in high school,plays on the football team, and maintains a great GPA. He desires to go to University of Texas - Austin to attain a Degree in Law.
