Lisa's Story
Life
I'm working as a writer- have four books of poetry published and a fifth due out in 2013. I'm also completing a writing book for teachers and various works of fiction and nonfiction. I also have two grown kids of whom I'm immensely proud- ages 27 and 28. I teach creative writing at a university and I completed an MFA in creative writing in 2004. I use the first letter in my maiden name as my middle initial. Look for me on the web. If you google me, you will find my web page. I also have a blog under poet observations at wordpress. I hope to relocate to

School
I would love to find certain people from my past who helped me through a very difficult adolescence. I have been in sporadic touch with a few high school friends.
College
I have a Bachelor's Degree in English, a Master's Degree in Educational Psychology, and I just completed a Master's of Fine Arts in Creative Writing. I am still primarily a poet.
Workplace
I have the most wonderful job in the world! I teach creative writing at an arts magnet high school and I work as a writer-in-residence in various school systems. I also conduct professional workshops on writing for adults.
