Lisa Register:

CLASS OF 1981
Churchville, NY

Lisa's Story

After high school my family moved to Greeneville, TN (located in E TN). It was a big culture shock moving to a small TN town but I grew to loved this part of the country. I got married a few years after graduation to someone from E TN but we were too different in our outlook on life and I got divorce a couple of years later. I worked at McDonald's for several years while attending a community college for computer science. In 1987, I started working at Philips Consumer Electronics in the Field Service office. In 1993, I got married to a great guy (from Valdosta, GA) who also worked at Philips. We have two children from his previous marriage but none of our own. Right now we have two dogs - Tigger - a Yorkie, and Champ - a Maltese we got from a rescue organization...Expand for more
. They are spoiled rotten but at least they never ask for the car keys. I worked for Philips until 2004 when they outsourced the service part of the business to IBM. Since then I've worked on the Philips contract doing Knowledge Base/FAQs and also Field Service reporting. In 2008, Philips stop manufacturing TVs for the US market and now the Funai company is handling all the TVs products for the Philips and Magnavox brand. I was moved to a different contract at IBM working the Lenovo account as a service planner. I've got two step children, one granddaughter, and one great-granddaughter. I tell my husband all the time - that's what happens when you marry an old man. LOL. I'm on Skype if you'd ever like to give me a ping or a call - lbregister123 in Morristown TN
