I lived in Austin for 32 years and moved to Olympia, Washington in May 2016. I am married. I graduated from Longview High School in 1978. on Policy and Planning. I worked at the Texas Education Agency for 14 years, and I now work at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. I have two children and two beautiful grandsons who still live in Austin. I have a second home on Orcas Island, which is located off of the Washington coast on the Canadian border.
