Lisa's Story

Life 2 days after graduation, my best friend and I took off for college at Cal Poly (SLO). We had a blast down there and somehow managed to graduate. I stayed there after graduation and worked for 5 more years. I moved back to the Bay area when my father became ill and ended up staying. ince my return. In 1996, I married my 8th grade sweetie (also a 1980 Gunn grad) Jan Liband. For the 1st 3 years we traveled a lot and just had fun. On October 28, 1999, our 1st child, Kevin was born. He is the joy of our life. For now, I am a stay-at-home mom and a very busy one. We have a cabin in Tahoe so we spend a lot of time up there. We have lived in Redwood City for the past 4 years.
