Lisa's Story
Life
I have a wonderful husband of 10 years, 2 great kids and 3 grandkids. After school I ran around and partied a lot, didn't settle down until I was 23, then got married at 25. I have no regrets in my life other than not keeping in better touch with my friends from high school.
School
I don't have a lot of extra schooling. I dropping out of high school after the 10th grade, ran around for a while then went back to college to get my diploma and some extra college classes. ...Expand for more
Back in 93 I went to school at BCTI and then during my employment at Boeing, I took several classes.
Workplace
Until I started classes at BCTI, I worked as a cashier/assistant manager of gas stations. Got tired of that, went to school and got a great job at Boeing. Worked there for 4.5 years and the let me go the first round of layoffs after 9/11. Pretty much unemployed until this last August when I got an excellent job that I love with a company called Packaging Technologies.
