Lisa's Story
Life
After graduating from Pittsburg State in 1987 with a Bachelor's in Mathematics I worked in IT for 7 years with Sprint in Kansas City and State Farm in Bloomington, Illinois.
I then went to work for an Executive Search firm in Kansas City - where I placed Mathematicians/Statisticians to work in pharmaceutical companies. After doing this for 5 years, I resigned from my company and started my own company - doing the exact same thing. And here I am - 6 years later and still enjoying it! ws me to use my Math degree and my interests in the Human Resources field. I also am able to work with top pharma companies (Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, Johnson & Johnson, etc) and keep up-to-date on upcoming drug candidates and changes in the healthcare arena.
My husband, Mike, and I live in Overland Park and spend most of our spare time golfing in Kansas City (members at Deer Creek) or other tropical locations.
And my entire family (parents and brothers Dean and Nick) all also live in Kansas City (Johnson County).
