Lisa's Story
Life
Yes, I did go to CCAC but did not graduate. I married my HS sweetheart, Rod Souza instead. My 20s were spent creating art, two children and a local singing career. In my 30s I moved to the burbs of Lafayette, became an Earth Mother and raised chickens, ducks and angora rabbits, the latter for the fiber arts business that still keeps me busy. After 25 years in Lafayette, we moved the whole kit and kaboodle to Placerville in 2007. We moved my mother with us and lost her in December of 2009. Rod is retired and helps me with the business. We love to travel and love our life here in the clearing in the forest. One grandchild and hopefully more as time goes on!
