I was a military wife for 4 years. We were stationed in Fayettiville,North Carolina for a year. The beaches were beautiful and the winters were fantastic!
Then, Germany for 3 years and we had a son in 2001. It was the most wonderful experience living overseas. We went to Paris, the Eagels nest and all over Germany. I met lots of different people. Infact...Expand for more
, I traveled on the street car & got lost. Not so fun, but a German man who didn't speak english helped me out.
After Germany, we were stationed at Walter Reed Med Ctr. but we lived in Maryland. If you remember on the news about the DC sniper, we lived there when that was going on.
Our daughter was born 2006 in Laconia, NH.
I do miss the old days living in Rhode Island once in a while.
