Lisa's Story
Life
Hi MUHS class of '75 classmates,
I now live in Grants Pass, OR with my husband of 13 years, Mark Rondeau, and our two kids, Emmy (7) and Dylan (4 1/2). We got a late start due to marrying late in life and waiting for Mark to finish medical school. During his residencey in Redding, CA. we adopted Emmy at 1 day old....actually fostered her with bio-parent visits for a year before finalizing the official adoption. Then managed to conceive Dylan after 2 failed trys. Makes one stronger and more appreciative of the kids when they do come.
We have a family practice office...Mark is the Dr. and I am the "do-everything-else" gal. We have two nurse practitioners and 5 other full-time staff who have been with us for the entire 5 years we've been there. WE just bought our own building this year af...Expand for more
ter paying off ALL school loans. YAY!
WE live on a mini-farm just outside of town where we have cows, a horse, chickens, ducks, cats and a St. Bernard named BRUCE! He's a moose...weighing in at 162lbs. He is also adopted and a really neat dog.
Mark's parents moved here a year ago and live just a couple miles away. That has been great for all of us thus far.
My mom and brother Larry still live in Middlebury so I still keep in touch with the goings on back there and just missed the 30th reunion by two weeks this year, 2005. Sorry 'bout that!
